NEU SCIENCE FAIR 2019

Last October 28-30, 2019, the science fair organized by New Era University comes with
the theme of "Envision the future through InNEUvation". This is one of my most
anticipated events to be sponsored by New Era University, because I want to see new
invention, experiment and discoveries of the college students to help our country. It was
not the first time that I have attended this event of New Era University but new
discoveries and innovation were featured in this event. The event was beautiful, fun and
knowledgeable. Since our class was at the PSB building, it easier for us to attend this
event. I and my friends went to the exhibit where there are booths that features their own
and unique prototype.

I enjoyed the exhibits and the different protypes that was featured on the event because I
can see how much efforts and time students have given to their products to produce a
working and successful products. And as you can see their works fits perfectly on the
theme of the event.

Some projects get my attention and these are the “Electronic Stethoscope”, “The
Effectiveness of the Cariga Papaya Leaves and Tawa-tawa Leaves as a
Thrombocytopenic Agent” because it can relate to our course and these products may be
used in the future. And also even if it is not related to our course this product got my
attention and it was the “Bottle Bee” because of too much usage of plastic in this era and
we cannot reduce using it, there are people who think of the possible way on how we can
eliminate it and use it on the other way. This product is a big help, an interlocking eco-
friendly plastic bottle where it can used as a construction material or alternative to the
hollow blocks. Overall this event was successful and fun, I hope that the University
continues to organize this kind of event because it will help a lot of students in the future
and also it can help the community.
