I. Objectives: At the end of the discussion, the students should be able

c. relate the content of the play to real life.

B. Motivation

(The teacher will ask the class if how much they love their father in
preparation for the introduction of a short story. As soon as the
teacher gathers enough responses, she will show pictures of the father
and mother of Lam-ang.She will ask if the class are familiar of the
story “Biagni Lam-ang”. Then she will ask the class if who are the
characters and what happened in the whole story. If what Lam-ang did
and how much he love his father.)

C. Presentation

(The teacher will ask the students to give words associated with
“salesman” and connect the activity with the featured literary piece
“Death of a Salesman”.
The teacher will also ask the students to predict what this play is all
about based on its title. After that, the teacher will let the students
view the “Death of a Salesman” by Arthur Miller and after the viewing
she will ask some questions about the story.)

D. Enrichment Activity

(The students will do the task 7. They will be divided into four. Each
group should discuss their answers and after that they should choose
one representative to present and explain their answers. The teacher
will facilitate the class discussion and process groups’ answers.)

Who are the sons of Willy?
