Subject: Sources

Primary sources are records of information gained directly from an event without much

commentary or interpretation. These sources usually display new information about a

subject as well as original thinking.

Secondary sources usually synthesise, analyse or interpret primary sources of information.

Tertiary sources are those that index, compile and organize other sources of information.

These sources usually exist as lists of sources, like a directory of sources.

N.B. I made a note of what type of source each one was in the endnotes.
