It has been reported by your Incharge/HOD and also observed from your attendance record that you are
absent from duty since June 13, 2020 till date without having prior leave approval/formal leave approval
from your Head of Department, which tantamount to gross misconduct on your part.

corona virus situation and lockdown announced by The Government, Management has taken a lenient
view regarding your attendance upto April 23, 2020. But as per attendance record you are still absent
from duty since 24/4/2020 till date.

yourself liable for necessary disciplinary action. The Management has taken a serious notice of this
casual attitude and you have been marked absent from duty.
Therefore, you are advised to report back on duty and explain the reasons of unauthorized leaves, if you

absent from duty w.e.f March 24, 2020 without prior approval. As informed by your Incharge/HOD you
acknowledged that you will report at duty on March 24, 2020 but you failed to report on duty. However,
keeping in view the current corona virus situation and lockdown announced by The Government,
Management has taken a lenient view regarding your attendance upto April 20, 2020. But as per
attendance record you are still absent from duty since 21/4/2020 till date.
The above absenteeism on your part had resulted in shortage of manpower in the department and had
adversely affected the functioning of existing staff.

yourself liable for necessary disciplinary action. The Management has taken a serious notice of this
casual attitude and you have been marked absent from duty.

On August 31, 2018 Mr. Muhammad Afzal who was travelling through Fly Dubai Flight # 338 and was
smuggling 3000 gm Heroin. You were further facilitating the passenger by putting the 500 grams Heroin
in your shoes to take it to the Aircraft.
Accordingly ANF carried out the operation and recovered the Heroin from the luggage of the above
passenger. Furthermore, ANF carried out investigation from you and other duty Traffic Loader at Police
Station. During investigation you admit the offense by taking 500 grams Heroin with you at the Aircraft.
Accordingly FIR has been logged and you were arrested and put behind the bar for further course of
action by the Police.
As per record you are absent since August 31, 2018 and didn’t provide any evidence till date. Absenting
yourself from duties is a misconduct for which you are making yourself liable for necessary disciplinary
action. Furthermore, your above act portrayed a very negative impression of SIAL and damaged the
reputation of SIAL. The Management has taken a very serious notice of your above crime and marked
you absent from duty. Your above act is also against SIAL Service Rules.
Therefore, you are advised to report back on your duty and provide the evidence of being absent, if you
didn’t report back on duty or we didn’t receive any reply from your side within 07 days then it will be
considered that you have nothing to say about your above serious misconduct and a strict disciplinary
