Reference to your resignation twice, once in the month of May 2018 and second in June 2018. As you are
working as Deputy Manager Rank and completed 1.6 years of your service with SIAL. So while accepting your
resignation, Management decided to listen your grievances as well as give its feedback regarding your so far
performance and convey its expected performance level from you.
In this regard a counseling session was conducted on 12 th July 2018 by CEO accompanied by Manager Airport
Handling Services and Manager HR, in which your grievances were listened and also you were briefed about
your so far performance, shortfalls and deficiencies, as evaluated by your Head of Department.
However, keeping in view your service and being a senior member of AHS Team, Management has decided to
give you time rather to accept your resignation so that you may improve the deficiencies and may settle your
matters. At this point of time, Management is conveying its assessment and give you below tips which may be
helpful while managing your assignments.

 You should improve your in-depth knowledge so that you may have a complete grip on your
assignments/departmental functions.
 While giving feedback/progress to your HOD, be firmed about what you are going to say and avoid
incorrect/un-justified arguments.
 You should improve your coordination with Officials of Airlines and give them timely/quick and
concrete feedback and try to resolve their issues at your own. But it doesn’t means that you are not
allowed to discuss with your HOD.
 All departmental correspondence should be scanned through you before forwarding to your HOD. In
case of any query/issue investigate from the concerned staff at your own and correct/resolve the micro
level issues at your own.
 You should improve your administrative skills and put your best efforts to maintain discipline in your
department.
Hope the above will be helpful for performing your duties in a more efficient & effective manner. As per
decision by The CEO you are giving three months from 12/7/2018 to 11/10/2018 to improve your above weak
areas. In this regard Manager Airport Handling Services will guide you from time to time and will send your
weekly evaluation report to HR Department for record. After completion of three months your overall
performance during this period will be evaluated and on the basis of performance your further retention will be
decided.
The Management is having full confidence on you and expects that contents of this letter will be accepted in its
true sense. Expecting your positive response to the above.
