Subject: Constitution of “Inquiry Committee” for Final Inquiry

Reference to initial inquiry against Ch. Muhammad Ali, Assistant Manager (HVAC) regarding
misappropriation for installation & maintenance of AC being installed at Terminal Building. In this
regard an initial inquiry has been conducted by APM and as per recommendations, sufficient
grounds has been found to take necessary disciplinary action for financial malpractices.

The CEO directed final inquiry be conducted and the facts regarding malpractices of Assistant
Manager (HVAC) be ascertained and recommendations be made. The inquiry report be submitted
to The CEO by/before 29th June 2018.

The constitution of Inquiry Committee is as under.
