(10 points) - it is based on a true story that depicts a legal battle of an innovator against to the big company for the patent infringement. The big company will not accept the invention of a man. Bob Kearns who invented the widescreen wiper did not hesitate to file a case against the biggest automotive companies. Ford Company is not to mimic what they had done, it can affect one’s reputation and credibility as innovators.

-His wife leave him and his children becomes estranged to them. Kearns also represents himself to withdraw from the case because someone will not settle it. Despite of being an ex-wife and children they also support him in his endeavor. Someone offers Kearns a $30 million settlement, but not to admit the wrongdoing. Kearns decided to leave his fate to the jury, who determine that Ford infringed his patents, but the infringement was not deliberated. The jury rewards him. After all the credits indicate that Robert wins in the judgment from the Chrysler Corporation.
3. Explain the impact of the story to the concept of the “knowledge

(10 points) - Whenever you can’t do perfect, no matter how small you are in the eyes of people, you can still achieve everything as long as you are determined for whatever you are fighting for. Someone will put you down as what big industries do to Kearns. Nothing would be impossible for every man who practice his profession ethically in the economy. It makes something innovative that would benefit mankind. Especially the invention contributed a lot in the society that is convenient and safety of a vehicle bearer.
