Water Proofing: Providing and applying 2 coats of Hot Bitumen

SIB 10/20 @ 20 lbs per 100 Sft each coat incl primer coat and two
3 11 layers of polythene sheet 500 guage under Bed of basement raft, 461.50 31 P.sft Rs 14,306.50
arround UG Tank, complete in all respects as per drawings,

Brick Masonry in super structure: P/L first class solid burnt bricks
masonry set in cement mortor 1:6 in strainght or curved walls 9''
