applying for the position for which we are interviewing you. I have been reviewing your resume
and I would like us to talk a little more in depth about the information you provided, for this I will
ask you some questions.

M: The first, what can you tell me about yourself?

C: I am a student of the school of chemical sciences in degree in industrial chemistry, I have

extensive knowledge in the field of chemistry. I consider myself a calm, honest, punctual person,
somewhat messy, but I work efficiently and I usually get along well with the people I work with. I
am currently interested in working in a research laboratory.

M: Ok, can you tell me about your job experience?

C: I have not currently worked in any company or industry, but I did a research stay in the
Materials 1 laboratory at “Autonomous University of Nuevo León” working in the development of
new organic materials and recently worked on a computer chemistry project to complete my
academic training and to expand my knowledge in different areas of chemistry.

M: Ok, Why are you interested in working at this company?

C: Because I want to perform myself in in a laboratory of investigation and development where I

can gain some experience, and with the research about yours activities and work culture, I
consider myself a good candidate.

M: Perfect, What makes you the best choice for us?

C: I am a responsible and accessible person that my co-workers can count on, I can support them
in whatever they need, also I have formation focused on investigations in different areas of

C: I want to be part of a work group where I can perform adequately in a research laboratory to
apply my knowledge, gain experience and grow professionally while I can be meeting the
objectives expected by the company.

M: Ok Perfect, Mr Alanis, that would be all, do you have any question about the job?

C: I just have two questions, the first one is what is the expected evolution of a worker in this
position? And the second one is what is the biggest challenge the company faces?
M: ok, a worker in this area begins as an analyst and as his performance can climb from position to
supervisor, from there he can continue to climb to become manager of the research and
development area, and finally become head of laboratory in this area. For the second question our
greatest challenge is to continue innovating our products with the highest quality standards to
expand our market nationwide and in the future expand to Latin America. We want to be certified
with ISO standards to provide confidence to our customers.

M: Do you have another question?

C: No, it would be all on my part

M: Ok Mr Alanis, thank you for your time, in the next few days we will contact you to confirm the
status of your application, see you soon.
