How to Compute Interest Charges on Your Line of Credit. We figure the interest charge on your account by applying the periodic rate to
your "average daily balance" (including current transactions). To get the "average daily balance," we first determine the daily balance of
your Account each day. We take the beginning balance of your account each day, add any new advances and charges, and subtract any new
payments or credits and any unpaid interest charges, credit insurance premiums, late charges and other charges that have been posted to
the account. These calculations give us the daily balance. Then, we add up all the daily balances for the billing cycle and divide the total by
the number of days in the billing cycle. This gives us the "average daily balance." Next, we multiply the "average daily balance" by the
daily periodic rate applicable to your account. The daily periodic rate is determined by dividing the Annual Percentage Rate by 365. That
result is then multiplied by the number of days in the billing cycle to obtain the monthly interest charge. Automatic payment debits are
posted to your account after your "average daily balance" is calculated. Interest charges and any credit insurance premiums that accrue
during each billing cycle are added to the balance of your account on the last day of the billing cycle prior to the calculation of your minimum
payment.
Variable Rate. Unless the terms of your revolving line of credit specify that the rate is fixed, your daily periodic rate and Annual
Percentage Rate are variable rates subject to change each month.
What To Do If You Think You Find A Mistake On Your Statement (Consumer Accounts Only). If you think there is an error on your
statement, write to us at the address shown on page one of your statement. In your letter, give us the following information: (1) Account
information: Your name and account number. (2) Dollar amount: The dollar amount of the suspected error. (3) Description of Problem: If
you think there is an error on your bill, describe what you believe is wrong and why you believe it is a mistake. You must contact us within
60 days after the error appeared on your statement. You must notify us of any potential errors in writing. You may call us, but if you do we
are not required to investigate any potential errors and you may have to pay the amount in question. While we investigate whether or not
there has been an error, the following are true: (1) We cannot try to collect the amount in question, or report you as delinquent on that
amount; (2) The charge in question may remain on your statement, and we may continue to charge you interest on that amount. But, if we
determine that we made a mistake, you will not have to pay the amount in question or any interest or other fees related to that amount; (3)
While you do not have to pay the amount in question, you are responsible for the remainder of your balance; (4) We can apply any unpaid
amount against your credit limit.
Your Rights If You Are Dissatisfied With Your Credit Card Purchases (Consumer Accounts Only). This section applies if you access your
line of credit using a credit card. If you are dissatisfied with the goods or services that you have purchased with your credit card, and you
have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the
purchase. To use this right, all of the following must be true: (1) The purchase must have been made in your home state or within 100 miles
of your current mailing address, and the purchase price must have been more than $50. (Note: Neither of these are necessary if your
purchase was based on an advertisement we mailed to you, or if we own the company that sold you the goods or services.) (2) You must
have used your credit card for the purchase. Purchases made with cash advances from an ATM or with a check that accesses your credit
card account do not qualify. (3) You must not yet have fully paid for the purchase. If all of the criteria above are met and you are still
dissatisfied with the purchase, contact us in writing at Credit Card Center-RVA01, P.O. Box 1580, Roanoke, VA 24007-9903; or by calling our
Customer Contact Center at 1.888.323.4732. If you call, we may require you to provide us with a written statement concerning your
dissatisfaction with the purchase. While we investigate, the same rules apply to the disputed amount as discussed above. After we finish
our investigation, we will tell you our decision. At that point, if we think you owe an amount and you do not pay, we may report you as
delinquent.
Liability for Unauthorized Use of Credit Card (Consumer Accounts Only). If you notice the loss or theft of your credit card or a possible
unauthorized use of your card, you should write to us immediately at: Credit Card Center-RVA01, P.O. Box 1580, Roanoke, VA 24007-9903, or
call us at our Customer Contact Center, 1.888.323.4732. You will not be liable for any unauthorized use that occurs after you notify us. You
may, however, be liable for unauthorized use that occurs before your notice to us. In any case, your liability will not exceed $50.
Credit History Errors. If you believe we have inaccurately reported information about your account history to a consumer reporting
agency, please notify us in writing at the Bank address stated on page one of your statement.
Prompt Crediting of Payments. To receive credit for a payment on the date we receive the payment, we must receive your payment
prior to 5:00 p.m. on a Bank business day (any day except Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday). If paying at a branch or by mail, then
payments must include the payment coupon. In addition, if paying by mail, payment must be mailed to the specific address furnished by the
Bank. Payments received at any of our ATMs; payments received on a business day after 5:00 p.m.; payments received at a branch or by
mail without a coupon; and, payments received on a day that is not a Bank business day, will be credited to your account no later than the
next Bank business day.
Preauthorized Deposits. If direct deposits are made to your account at least every 60 days by the same person or entity, you can call
us at the telephone number shown on page one of your statement to find out whether the deposit has been made.

In Case of Errors or Questions About Your Electronic Transfers (Consumer Accounts Only). If you think your statement or receipt is
wrong or if you need more information about a transfer on a statement or receipt, telephone or write us as soon as you can at the telephone
number or address which appears on page one of your statement. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent you the
FIRST statement on which the error or problem appeared. You must: (1) tell us your name and account number; (2) describe the error or the
transfer you are unsure about (including the date it occurred), and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is in error or why you

How to Compute Interest Charges on Your Line of Credit. We figure the interest charge on your account by applying the periodic rate to
your "average daily balance" (including current transactions). To get the "average daily balance," we first determine the daily balance of
your Account each day. We take the beginning balance of your account each day, add any new advances and charges, and subtract any new
payments or credits and any unpaid interest charges, credit insurance premiums, late charges and other charges that have been posted to
the account. These calculations give us the daily balance. Then, we add up all the daily balances for the billing cycle and divide the total by
the number of days in the billing cycle. This gives us the "average daily balance." Next, we multiply the "average daily balance" by the
daily periodic rate applicable to your account. The daily periodic rate is determined by dividing the Annual Percentage Rate by 365. That
result is then multiplied by the number of days in the billing cycle to obtain the monthly interest charge. Automatic payment debits are
posted to your account after your "average daily balance" is calculated. Interest charges and any credit insurance premiums that accrue
during each billing cycle are added to the balance of your account on the last day of the billing cycle prior to the calculation of your minimum

Variable Rate. Unless the terms of your revolving line of credit specify that the rate is fixed, your daily periodic rate and Annual

Good afternoon

I just received a notice of violation dated March 4. I was in Colorado since March 6 for a family
emergency and just returned home.

I must apologize, but since I back in to my garage ( and the driveway ), I never noticed this. I had to
walk outside to look at it. I don’t have any idea how or when it happened.

I have to ask for an extension to get this fixed. I am battling bronchitis right now and since I also have
emphysema, it lasts longer than normal. I also took a fall in Colorado. I’m 72 and quite a mess right
now.


Could you please give me the courtesy of extending the deadline to have this done. I just need
another week or so to recuperate and then I can call someone to make the repairs. If you can give
me until April 30, I promise it will be done by then. Also, do you have information on the door, ie,
make and model ? Can you recommend someone who can do this work ?

One more thing, I noticed that the letter says CERTIFIED RETURN RECEIPT MAIL. The letter I
received was regular mail and I saw no indication in my mailbox that there was a certified letter
waiting for me. If it went out regular mail in error, that’s fine, but if a copy did go out certified, I would
appreciate a copy of the recipient signature, since my house was empty and we’ve been having
some issues with mail, due to temp delivery people and new employees.

These pavers were approved and I also had a HOA representative come out to my house 5 or 6
years ago about some artificial turf when the water line has bust in my front yard twice and flooded
our street therefore the water company dug up my front yard and I was unable to grow grass. I put
down artificial turf to correct the problem because they put rocks in everything back in my yard when
they broke up the ground . The Turf was there for 3 years and then I got a violation letter, you can
call the water company to verify if you like, they had to dig up my yard twice because the houses
across the street was having flooding problems and they do not have grass in their yard at all. When
the HOA came out those pavers were there I asked was everything okay, I was told yes. I remove
the artificial turf and now you're telling me that that I have to remove pavers. I pay my HOA fees
every month on time and no one helped me replant grass in my yard after the floods both times and
they dug up my yard they just put straw in my front yard where grass used to be with no grass seed..
no grass grew at all and I had a front yard of Muddy mess with straw and five or six years later your
upset about pavers that are just there two separate mulch from grass or weeds because I very
difficult to get grass to grow in my front yard now.


I would like to speak to someone or the HOA representative who wrote up this violation as soon as

I always obey the rules of the HOA and and now I feel like I am being harassed by the company that
is supposed to be assisting me. I would not be so perplexed but I ask for help when the water main
break and nobody from the HOA Department sent gardeners out to help me and when I try to fix it on
my own there was no complaints for three years and then I corrected it per HOA request and now
you're asking me to correct it again this is not right. I do think I am going to have to talk to someone
about this harassment and unfairness.

These are photographs of the yard the last time HOA gave me a violation.

I spent a lot of money and physically did the work myself because I could not get any help from the
HOA Department after the water main broke in my yard I am sending you pictures also because it
shows that those same pavers were there then and after I remove the turf in planted grass. As you
can see from your photo in the yards beside me grass is very hard to grow on that side of the street
since we've had water problems to those units.

Below is an email chain concerning water accumulation in the parking area behind our vehicles on
Azurine Circle in the Goldview townhomes. The water accumulation is not at the curb area. The
water accumulates behind our vehicles. The area affected is only at the 919-929 townhomes.




This was not an issue until after the street was repaved. As you will see from the attached pictures,
the area where the water is accumulating, which is behind our vehicles and not at curb, is not level.
This clearly is due to the paving company not properly leveling the street prior to pouring the
blacktop.




This needs to be corrected quickly. With all the rain we have had over the past few months, a lot of
water accumulated in our parking lot near our cars making it difficult to access our trunks or walk
around our vehicles. When the temperatures dropped below freezing, we had a lot of ice around our
vehicles causing dangerous walking conditions.

The sewer clean out pip in the front yard is damaged. Roots can grow into the pipe. This can

This issue still has not been addressed or resolved. We know that our neighbor at 1114 Sienna
Sand also has an unresolved maintenance request in. Please advise as there has been a break in
the rainy weather which should have been ample time to fix any leaks to prevent further interior water
damage. If we have to, we will bring out our own contractors and will have them bill Cedar
Management Directly.

1709 Kashmir White Lane- has a large satellite dish installed on the side of their home which is in
plain view of the street. They also planted several bushes and a tree on the side of their home which
wasn’t submitted to the ARC committee which are now severely overgrown.



1717 Kashmir White Lane- installed white bricks on the front of their home as part of their
landscaping without ARC approval which is in violation of our CCR’s.


2135 Midnight blue Lane- severe garage door damage which is in need of repair and or replacement.


2148 Midnight Blue Lane- installed white rocks in their front yard without Architectural approval and is
in violation of our CCR’s. I originally reported this violation in June 2016 and to date the violation has
not been corrected.


1723 Kashmir White- installed brick pavers in front yard without Hoa/ ACR approval.


2107 Midnight blue lane- garage door damage that needs repair and or replacement.



2120 Midnight blue lane- missing shutter on front of home and all the bushes in the front yard are
missing and need replacement.

Hi,

This is to inform you that the resident of 1717 Kashmir White Lane, Fort Mill, SC is not picking up or
clean after their dog in the backyard!

They tie this huge pit bull to the balcony post in their backyard once a day for little bit or until he does
his business which is all over the place even my backyard, and they never picking up after! We can’t
use the backyard anymore because it’s filthy, my kids aren’t able to play in the backyard because of
the dog poop! Also we have to deal with the horrible smell!

This is unsanitary and against the LAW!!!

IMMEDIATE ACTION IS REQUIRED!!!

pavement was paved to the same level as the curb. New leveling was never a part of that project and

The water accumulation is not at the curb area. The water accumulates behind our vehicles.
Attached are additional pictures showing the pavement is not level. The bevel on the level clearly
indicates the ground is not level. This needs to be corrected quickly. With all the rain we have had
over the past few months, there is a lot of water accumulated in our parking lot near our cars making
it difficult to access our trunks or walk around our vehicles. When the temperatures dropped below
freezing, we had a lot of ice around our vehicles causing dangerous walking conditions.

Robert Rivers with Ammons Superior plumbing called in regards to "jetting of drains" . The issue is
that the grade of the dirt is higher than the storm drains so they have to bring a tractor in to get the
dirt down low enough to the grade of the storm drain. So when it rains, it gets clogged up. He was
told to call back to speak to someone. He was not on the site, he was out on the property two weeks
ago.

I advised he needed to e-mail maintenance@mycmg.com and relay this information in the e-mail. He
asked to talk to someone directly, I advised to e-mail maintenance directly. SS
