SUBJECT : FEEDBACK REPORT ON THE DSWD-DOH MEETING ON

CLARIFICATIONS ON THE DATA SHARING AGREEMENT

II. Background

This feedback report pertains to the meeting requested by the DOH regarding the signed
and approved 10 DSAs between DSWD and key government agencies, including the DOH,
last 29 December 2020, which support and operationalize the 4Ps Act. The meeting was
held last 02 March 2021.

The meeting discussed the following points:

1. DOH’s presentation of data requirements for cross-matching, wherein they agreed that
DOH will be sharing its data as long as it is available and the DSWD indicates the
specific indicators requested;
2. Data sharing between DOH and DSWD, wherein they agreed that 4Ps NPMO will be
providing the latest SWDI results, including the health needs of the beneficiaries;
3. Template for the data sharing agreement, wherein they agreed that DOH will be
providing further comments on it, if necessary;
4. Specific office in DOH for the DSA, wherein they agreed that DOH will be coordinating
with the DOH-DPCB; and
5. Endorsement of the DSA to the Office the Secretary, wherein they agreed that the
DOH-KMITS will coordinate with the 4Ps-NPMO regarding updates.

This feedback report is being forwarded for the information of the Secretary.

No further actions are being requested from the Secretary.
