RULES AND REGULATIONS HOME STAY

OWNER HOME stay must inform management each guest coming date and Number of guest.

Visitor Walk In to Guard house and scan my sejahtera

Each Visitor must scan my sejahtera and record each guest info.

Number of visitor homestay can not exceed 20 pax.( included kids)

Parking and Vehicles…

3 Vehicles are permitted in designated parking areas only other Vehicle just can park outside and
parking is at guest’s risk .

“Quiet Time”

In order to ensure a peaceful occupancy, all guests are requested not to make too much noise in the
apartments during their stay. All guest are requested to respect “Quiet Time” from 11 pm to 6 am.

The following activities / consumptionare not allowed inside the homestay premises:

Drug, Gambling, or any other activities that are against the Law of Malaysia

No Pets are allowed during your stay in any of our accommodation.

Any illegal activities & vandalismin the common area will be reported to Police or authorized
department.

Apartments / condominiums should be left in good and clean condition. Extra charges of RM50 will
apply if units are left in a dirty and messy condition.

Any breakage or damage of any equipment our area accordingly to the inventory price list.

The management will not be responsibility for any dangerous activities, illegal activities and loss of
valuable items during the stay due to guest negligence.
