Port Everglades, Florida without the enclosed Dock Receipt Format.

The Dock Receipt Format must have the following information in order to be accepted:

Valid Hoegh Booking Number

Shipper, NVOCC, Forwarder Details
Vessel Name and Voyage
Load and Destination Port
Complete Cargo Description
VIN or Serial Number
Individual cargo weights

Port Everglades, Florida: Kindly note that when you deliver the unit in our terminal. the driver must carry the booking
confirmation or a physical document that certifies that the unit under the mentioned VIN belongs to the mentioned
booking, if our terminal do not receive this document, the unit will not be accepted at our terminal.
