H-R Inc. signed an agreement with You-Go Rent-A-Car offering a 20% discount for personal and
business travel. Please retain this memo for your files.

Personal Travel
20% discount on all car rentals
FOR: All Employees with valid H-R Inc. business card
Please use personal payment methods for personal travel rentals.
Business Travel
H-R Inc. company credit cards will be issued by November 30, 2008.
TO: All marketing and management personal, and
Any personnel requiring significant amounts of travel

Travel Orders can be used until and after the cards are issued
 Forms are available from department business administrators
 Supervisor signature required

Business Vehicle Guidelines

 1 or 2 employees traveling: use compact car

3 or more employees traveling: use sedan or mini van
 Luxurious vehicles for transporting clients or potential clients must be approved by
your supervisor.
 Please lease the most economical vehicle available.
Regulations

 Employees are expected to follow all traffic laws

  Employees under 21 cannot drive unless accomplish by fellow employee over 21
 Vehicle can not be used to transport persons or property for hire
 Vehicle can not be used to tow anything
 You-Go and H-R Inc are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings left
unattended in the vehicle

To reserve your car for personal or business travel, go online at www.you-go.com or call 1-800-
RENT CAR.
 Valid Driver’s License needed for reservation
 No deposit required

Online Instructions:

1. Go to http://www.you-go.com
2. Locate the login box for Gold Corporate Customers (GCC)

GCC LOGIN Gold

Username: Corporate
Password: Customers

3. Enter the Username: homerental

4. Password: your last name (all lower case)
5. Follow remaining steps as prompted
