1) Yes we need to pursue R&D to address and pressing the national problem to inform
the people on what is happening in our country to know how to solve it.
2) Yes we need to conduct some researches to enhance and improve the R&D to be able
to improve their products and to have a big production and for the benefit of their
clients.
3) Yes we engage our R&D to generate and apply new knowledge how to use
technologies to improve the sectors like agricultural to be able the to work easily
4) We need to strengthen and utilize R&D because we need to improve their capabilities
for the people who suffer hard working for them to work easily
5) Through the aid of technology and commercialization, the utilization of R&D
becomes more available and accessible to everyone.
6) Developing STI Human Resource and building a strong STI culture promote solid
collaboration amongst its people. It also serves as an avenue for strengthening our
very own culture.
7) Upgrading is a must process in all aspect. It is an opportunity to redirect things to the
fullest and so STI facilities must undergo with this process, to enhance its capabilities
to advance R&D activities and expand S&T services and make it available to
everyone.
8) STI assistance must be available to the community and different sector particularly
MSMEs to help them grow and become better in their field.
9) Provide STI-based solutions for disaster risks and climate change adaptation and
mitigation. It is important to address solution to such challenging problems. STI-

10) Strengthen industry academic and international collaboration. Yes trough the
participation and involvement of our industry we can make the industry and
international collaboration more powerful
11) Enhance effectiveness of STI governance. Yes we need to enhance effectiveness of
STI in governance because if we don’t have a governance we cannot be able to
support our R&D to improve and support their inventions because they need a budget
for them to make it more powerful and different
