Aims and Objectives of the Project

Developmental Programme under Mini Project provides a framework to the students to

understand the importance of Organisational/Institutional/Social Work and Non-Government
Organizations (NGOs) in our society. It focuses on the hands-on and hands-off experience of
interacting, negotiating, communicating with the various organisational personnel at different
cadres/levels, which students need to understand for their holistic development and become
more effective future leaders and citizens. It exposes students to ground realities by bringing
them into direct contact with the working employees of the organisation that helps them to
strengthen their interpersonal communications, managerial skills, soft skills and analytical
skills . Students learn the concepts about working environment and the expected interactions
to understand how people execute job responsibilities, their strengths and limitations in
executing the works within an organisation.
