Basic Competency:

know how to talk to passangers

what passengers need.

make the passanger confortable while
on the plane.
1. d. to know and learn the correct
pronounce so that passengers do not
misunderstand with the instruction

Announcement

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome onboard

flight B741 with service from Denpasar to
Valencia, Spain. We are currently third in
line for take-off and are expected to be in the
air in approximately 14hours time. We
require that you please fasten your seatbelts
