What is the meaning of digital learning? as we know Digital learning is any
learning that is facilitated by technology or by teaching practices that make
effective and best use of technology and is also a means that can help
advance learning activities for education and schools. The digital era has
had a huge influence on the world education, one of which is the
development of teacher professionalism. One of supporting teacher
professionalism, namely the use of digital media. Teacher who can Making
use of digital media is easy to get and see up-to-date information that can
be applied in teaching activities, this will increase the level of self-
confidence and can increase professionalism.
Today's technology is rapidly developing and touches most aspects of our
daily life. The education system will not be affected by it. Traditional forms
of education are leaving digital learning spaces to create a new era of
education and advance it. Both teachers and students benefit from the
many advantages that digital learning has to offer.
Learning resources include all elements that can be used by students both
separately as well as in a combined form, usually in informal situations, to
provide learning facilities. Teachers are currently required to master
information and communication technology. Therefore, the teachers must
be able managing digital learning resources in learning. The method used in
management training digital learning resources are presentations,
demonstrations, and practices.
 Not only that, people's lives today, is one example of this the digital era.
Social life changes rapidly because of the world increasingly unified,
especially supported by advances in information technology and
communication, so that the boundaries of society and the state are not
limited again. Included in the global change is the teaching profession. In
accordance with the demands for change in society, the teaching
profession also demands professionalism. Teacher professional is no longer
a figure who functions as a robot, but is a dynamist who leads the
participants' potentials towards creativity. Technological progress is one of
the main triggers for the increasing number use of technological devices
such as mobile phones, learning activities not only conventional. This is in
line with the concept learning that utilizes electronic devices or e-learning,
namely for overcome the boundaries of time and space, so that the
learning process can be carried out at any time anywhere and everywhere.

 What is Digital Learning?

Digital learning is learning facilitated by technology that offers students some

factors of command over the place, time pace, and path. Digital learning is
replacing traditional educational procedures more and more each day. Digital
learning needs a blend of technology, instruction, and digital content.

Digital learning can be defined as a learning method that is based on retrieving

information through technological devices. Students are able to get the proper
education from alternative and interactive methods. Their curriculum is web-
based, which means that the process of learning is done through different
electronic devices that help the students be more aware of what they are being
taught as well as concentrate more on their education.

It creates a pleasant environment for students and educators. The teaching and
learning process become more interactive and professors can now use a wide
range of tools and devices to make learning easier and more effective.

 Benefits of Digital Learning

The purpose of learning is about learners being prepared for their future and
reaching their fullest potential as lifelong learners. This means that they have a
voice with the confidence to express their ideas and opinions so they are heard
and taken into account in any situation.

The development of digital technology for education requires internet network

infrastructure and supporting digital equipment. Material that is developed
digitally and interactively is needed as a learning resource to optimize the use of
digital technology in learning activities. In the advancement of digital technology
for education, we must consistently think about quality content so that learning is
interesting and quality.
Many academic institutions such as schools, colleges, and universities in the
whole world are now embracing computers as a form of digital learning. Many
schools now use computers in learning operations not only in developed but also
in developing countries. In fact, the learning process in schools is now automated
to the extent that students or pupils can carry out research through internet on
particular topics without the help of teachers.

Is not only that, there are those benefits of digital learning such as:
