Kaitlyn has gone above and beyond in the area of planning and prepration. She has grown in her
knowledge of the students which can be seen directly in her plans (accomodations, modifications,
extension activities, etc.). She has utilized a variety of resources that have been used both in person
and virtually with students.

Kaitlyn has done a phenominal job working with students. She has built a classroom based on respect.
Students are aware of her expectations during different times of the day. She has been able to give
and pull Dojo points from students to reinforce desired beaviors and minimize negative
choices/behaviors.
She has been able to work with students with PBSP and daily point sheets, implementing rewards and
consequences as needed.

Kaitlyn has truly grown in this area since her start in my classroom. She has been willing to use
different strategies (turn and talk, thumbs up and down, self assessment scales, etc). She has grown in
her questioning techniques, moving from the surface level questions to the questions that dig deeper.

Kaitlyn has gone above and beyond in this area. She has participated in any professional development
that we have had-as an active participant. She also has shared ideas and lessons during weekly grade
level PLCs.
Kaitlyn in the beginning of the year was her own worst critic, over the course of her time in our
classroom she has grown much more confident in her abilities. She has been leading the classroom
almost independently. She is willing to work with all students (LS, ES, general Ed, 504). She has been
able to effectively teach lessons with a co teacher, independently, whole group and small group
lessons.
