- any delivery and installation in the area outside Jakarta is subject to additional cost.
- any variable in quantity should be checked & reviewed by all party inolved prior to the Contract Signing.
- a lower quantity in final Order may resulting a higher freight cost, thus the material Unit Price.
- any needs upon the Maintenance Stock is within the buyer discretion, and should be reviewed prior order.
to re-adjust the above quoted price accordingly.
- the use of flat rate upon the dealt price can be accepted only when fix date Payment Schedule applied.
- ANY NEGOTIATION UPON THE QUANTITY & TERMS SHOULD BE IN AGREEMENTS PRIOR TO PRICE NEGOTIATION.
3. Facilities that should be provided by the employer are : electricity, lighting, water sources, on site store room, and elevator facility.
4. The Income Tax Regulation (PPh) chapter 23 for Construction Service,could only be charged on Installation Cost,and
the tax slip should be sent to us by the end of the same month written in the mentioned slip.
5. The quantity are : based on the material needed, according to the information given by Mr. Udi Cahyanto
6. The wastages are on the employer expenses.

7. Terms of payment - 50% Down Payment, due 7 DAYs upon the receiving of Invoice.
Lower Down Payment could only be accepted with the balance payment upon BoL presentation.
- 50% upon the Installation Completed, due 7 DAYs upon the receiving of Invoice.
Lower Payment could only be accepted upon the buyer acceptance on weekly progress payment.
The installation here was planned to starts as latest as 1 week upon the Material Arrival Hand Over signed.
Should be any delay due site readyness, Decorous claims the rights for weekly progress payment.

8. Delivery time : - 6 (Six) Weeks from Japan, for stock item. Since main order excuted (join shipment)
After the Order Confirmation and down payment (if the payment in giro/cheque) already received.

9. This quotation valids until End of September 2018

10. Terms for cancellation : - no order cancellation can be accepted upon the receiving of Down Payment.
