SHIPPING OR MISC INSTRUCTIONS: Note:

1. The Client Shall be responsible for providing electricity on site for Installation.
2. Any design alteration desired after order confirmation is subject to additional charge.
3. Price on the quotation is valid for 7 days.
4. Once Finished product is delivered on site, client shall take full responsibilty for storage and Security.
5. 4-6 weeks to complete the project from the date of Initial 80% Deposit.
6. The balance of 20% project cost must be paid by client upon commencement of installation.
7. Perhaps the site is not ready for installation, agreed timeline would be adjusted to 15-40 working days from the date the site is completed.
8. Additional requirements/design alteration will require 3 weeks delivery timeline from date of communication and acceptance.
9. For kitchens and closets, a 3D design shall be presented and agreed upon, before commencement of project. This will require a commitment fee of N100,000, which will form part of the eventul payment.
