    Purchasing Unit: 50% Down payment upon approval; 50% Progress Billing upon delivery
    Installation: 50% Down payment upon delivery; 50% Progress Billing upon completion
    Supply of labor, tools, materials and supervision for the Installation of the above equipment.

    c. Warranty
    Equipment: One (1) year manufacturer’s warrant for parts and service
    Compressor: Five (5) years warranty
    PCB: Three (3) years warranty
