What is
environmental
change?
Source: Wikipedia.org It is a change or disturbance of the
environment most often caused by
human influences and natural
ecological processes.

WITH A QUICK CALCULATION, THE IUCN

FOR THE PAST 500 YEARS IS 100 TIMES
HIGHER THAN USUAL, WHICH IS
IRREFUTABLE PROOF THAT WE ARE IN A
PROCESS OF MASS EXTINCTION.

Alleviating its
effects
Plant trees.
As trees grow, they help stop climate
change by removing carbon dioxide
from the air, storing carbon in the trees
and soil, and releasing oxygen into the
atmosphere. Trees provide many
benefits to us, every day. They offer
cooling shade, block cold winter winds,
attract birds and wildlife, purify our air,
prevent soil erosion, clean our water,
and add grace and beauty to our homes
and communities.
Get politically
active and
vote.
Vote for leaders at all levels of government
who take climate change seriously. They
should commit to setting science-based
targets to reduce harmful carbon emissions,
implementing clear plans to reach those
targets, adapting to climate change and
shifting to a clean-energy economy.
Urge government to take
bold, ambitious climate
action now

climate-vulnerable nation, we must
Ours is a finite pressure the government to pursue a
earth - let's be greener way of handling things, such
stewards of our as funding on renewable technology,
environment reducing plastic, and taking care of
our forests. We must pressure our
government to be true to its promise
on the Paris climate accord, and
create laws to protect and conserve
biodiversity
