QUESTION 1: Different ways of expressing what constitute information
management cycle

It is a tool that the management use to manage the information processing within an
organisation.

The cycle assists the management to ensure that the information produced in an
organisation is accurate, correctly recorded and properly maintained. Also, that
important and relevant operational information is captures. It ensures that the
information needed by employees is readily available to eliminate hinderance in
productivity as the absence of information will lead to employees exploring external
information.

The information management cycle evaluates and categorises the information of the
organisation. It develops plans to protect, improve and share information.
