I have finished my bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Nursing Universitas Airlangga. There are five
departments or specialization in My faculty. Those are surgical and critical nursing, basic nursing and nursing
management, mental and community health of nursing, and Maternal-child nursing. My research at Bachelor's
degree was about the productivity level of patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis. The
scope of this research included medical surgical nursing and community nursing. In communities, there are a
lot of people who suffer from an illness needs support from people around them. The community and health
care providers have an important role in this matter. That's why I plan to deepen my science in nursing namely
community health nursing. Community health nursing is similar to public health science. The public health
department has a broad scope of knowledge, which one of them is children's health. I also love the child health
scope in the Community of nursing. some of my research also discusses children's health and I believe that
Turkey is one of the countries with the best education quality in the world which can develop my keen interest
in the community and the child. I was inspired by Dr. Ihsan Doğramacı who had the first idea of establishing a
child health center in the slum settlements around the Dört Yol neighborhood and Hacettepe Park, one of the
first residential areas of Ankara. The project which was developed in 1951 aimed to bring quality to basic public
health care services and child health-care and to become a model for other existing hospitals with the
education provided. Know, I am planning to develop a health community and child trough my research program.
Turkey has a good education system and I hope to become a good health educator and obtain health
innovations that also can be applied to improve the health status of Indonesia in the future.

Public Health
1- Subject of study

The development model of family role to sedentary lifestyle in Pediatric based on the theory of planned
behavior and family-centered nursing
2- Working Title (Up to 15 words)(Please write in short and concise terms the title of your work as a thesis or an article title.)

A sedentary lifestyle in pediatric is one of the causes of obesity and other health problems. Sedentary lifestyle
in pediatric that is uncontrolled mainly occurs at home because there are no regulations that regulate the time
spent on using HP or watching TV. The role of the family which can be determining factor for pediatric lifestyle
males the study of family needs to be considered. Family-Centered Nursing can be used as a basic concept of
theory to identify family factors and provide a family-centered nursing care model. This theory has not identified
the main factors of belief that influence family intention to change previous habits in carrying out family roles,
therefore Ajzen theory will be added, namely the Theory of Planned Behavior. Based on these problems, this
study aims to develop a family role model for the sedentary lifestyle of family-centered nursing and the theory of
planned behavior.

This research uses explanative survey design with cross sectional Approach.

increase the risk of obesity or other medical disorders caused by lack of activities
