Subject: Superbly range

Dear Liz,

I received your message and I am aware that this is a serious problem.

Sales of our rage of soups are rapidly falling because the largest supermarkets
chain sales its own brands of soups at a lower price and consumers choose the
product that is cheaper. Also a problem is our packaging, which is very similar to
current market leader in Germany, that's why our product doesn't stand out. Visiting
supermarkets very often we can see that our competitors make discounts very often
so they attract all customers.

These problems are very serious but they can certainly be solved. My
recommendations on these issues are as follows:

Jan doing a great job, but I think it is difficult for a single person to cope with
such a large volume of work, in this way we should get some people to help jan.

Redesign packaging in such a way as to highlight the quality of our product and
that is produced from natural ingredients.

Our managers are not motivated. Offer managers incentives for them, in this
way they will work a lot and our product will arrive on top shelves. And surely
promotions. Our copetitors make a lot of promotions and I think that we also can
make special discounts and promotions. For example we put links of 3 packages of
soup and thus we offer 20%.

I hope that these recommendations will be useful and will help the company
increase its sales.

Best wishes,

Steve Clark, Souperbly Brand Manager at Mercator Foods Ltd.
