o Pressure Compensator
™ The pressure compensator control will limit pump
outlet pressure to a predetermined level and adjust
pump outlet flow to the level needed to maintain the
set pressure.
o Remote Pressure Compensator
™ Same as the pressure compensator , except that the
adjustment is done with a remotely located relief valve
instead of at the pump control.
o Load Sense Control
™ Load sense control will adjust output flow to maintain
a constant pressure drop across an orifice.
Torque Limiter Control
™ Will adjust flow to limit the input torque demand of the
pump.

Truck Mounted Winch Drive Application, Select the Pump Model

No load pump flow needed is 30 GPM.


Need capability to run the winch motor at 2900 psi. for heaviest loads.
Horsepower available to drive the pump is 40 HP.
A 30 GPM at 200 psi delta P , load sense system valve has been selected.
To keep the noise down , the pump drive speed will be 1800 RPM . The
pump will be driven by a Chelsea PTO , CW Rotation is needed.
SAE Straight Thread Ports desired. SAE C spline shaft.

Double Variable Pump Application
Select the Variable Pump Models

Front Pump : Maximum Variable Pump flow needed is 60 GPM at 2400 RPM , 2500 PSI.
Load Sense Valve used. Need capability to unload pump at standby.
Horsepower available to drive the pumps is 125 HP. CCW Rotation,
SAE C Pump Drive on Transmission
SAE Flange Ports

Rear Pump : 21 GPM , Needs to be pressure compensated at 1500 PSI.


Load Sense Not Needed.
The rear pump will be factory mounted to the back of the front pump.
For installation reasons the inlet and outlet ports need to come out the
same side as the ports on the front pump..
