Explanation and Optimization for floor plan

Since obviously there would be a high cost associated with running

pools and a segmented classroom design on the first few floors, all of
this will be offset by an oil production and refining site on the 3rd and
4th floors. We are expecting operating costs to be negative and
significant corporate buyout is projected in the 3rd quarter.
