are for the following purposes:

For our own use as replacement spares to incorporate and perform repair or overhaul services

To be used as replacement spares for stock to be held against future orders and likely to be resold/re-exported

We certify that these goods (supplied by OMS AERO GROUP HAVACILIK A.Ş will not be re-sold or re-exported or
otherwise disposed of, contrary to any applicable export control law or regulation, including United Kingdom, European
Union, United Nations or United States regulations.
Furthermore, we certify that the parts which are supplied to us by OMS AERO GROUP HAVACILIK A.Ş. will not be
supplied in any way, directly or indirectly via 3rd party organizations to an entity/person in or from, North Korea, Sudan
and Syria unless otherwise authorized by USA or other applicable Governments.
We certify that the goods will not be supplied to individuals that are identified by OFAC as Specially Designated Nationals
(SDN)*, incorporated in or used on aircraft which are or will be operated contrary to any applicable export control law or
regulation, including United Kingdom, European Union, United Nations or United States regulations. We also certify that
the goods will not be used for any un-authorized weapon of mass destruction proliferation activity, including chemical,
biological, and nuclear or missile activities restricted by United Kingdom, European Union, United Nations, United States
or other applicable regulations. Furthermore, we certify that we will not export, re-export or re-sell items to, or incorporate
items in aircraft operated by parties who we know or have reason to know will violate these same regulations. We certify
we will not make any unauthorized export, re-export or transfer any item to an entity or person that is on any other export
control restricted lists or on OFAC’S Specially Designated National (SDN) List, including any entity owned 50% or more,
directly or indirectly, by such SDN.
Certification: I am authorized to legally bind the company, and I understand that the exported good(s)/items including
related software and technology cannot be transferred, transshipped, or otherwise disposed of in any manner other than
that specified herein without the prior written approval of the applicable government, and I hereby certify that the above
is true and accurate.
