Dry method of coffee production

The diagram illustrates the dry method of coffee production.Overall, the process includes
twelve phases, beginning with the sorting of beans by hands and culminating in packing and sending
to the market for saleselling coffee in the market.

In the first stage, the farmersbeans are manually sorted.manually sort the beans which Those
beans are then carefully cleaned with the assistance of a sieve. Following this, cleaned beans are
dehydrated under the sun during four consecutive weeks. Once those beans are totally dried, they
are gradually next racked and turned. The beans are delivered to a mill by a large truck for the
following stage after being contained in a tall silo. In the next step, they are hulled by the workers
into smaller pieces., Tthe hulled beans, subsequently, undergo the filtering process with the use of a
sizing screen, after which they are stored in separate bags to be.Those bags are sold as raw coffee to
the merchants. Finally, this coffee is roasted before being packed into containers andto be sold to
end customers
