Final Submission for student should upload their work

complete Minimum Requirements for Final Endorsement

Follow the required formatting of the file name for the submittals (e.g. SURNAME_Executive
Summary or SURNAME_Presentation 01 of 2.)

Revised instructions. What should be in each students 📂 folder.

1. Book,
2. summary,
3. ppt drawing, or numbered boards placed in separate folder 📂.
4. Profile photo ideally grad picture.
5.Adviser will add in jury grading sheet, students final grading sheet. Both in excel file. Adviser grade in pdf
file. All 3 to be put in separate 📂 named (Grading sheets and grade.) This will then be included in students 📂
folder. So inside students 📂 will be 5 folders 📂. Book, summary, drawings, profile photo and grading sheets.
Attached to the folder but not inside a separate folder is the Check list.
Submit to the Thesis Adviser the optional Additional Presentations not later than 5 May 2020.
Inform the Thesis Adviser of his/her Thesis Defense Schedule.

4. Checklist of Submittals in PDF format which includes the following information:

a. Name of Candidate
b. Student Number
c. Section
d. Thesis Title
e. Project Location
f. Contact details:
i. E-mail address
ii. Mobile number
iii. Landline
g. List of submitted files
For projects with multiple buildings, should the file size exceed the suggested 30MB, the file may be
divided into two (2) parts and should be labeled as follows:
SURNAME_GIVEN NAME_SECTION_PPT_1 of 2.pdf (…BOARDS_1 of 2.pdf)
SURNAME_GIVEN NAME_SECTION_PPT_2 of 2.pdf (…BOARDS_2 of 2.pdf)

After submitting the Minimum Requirements for Final Endorsement, students are prohibited to
edit or add to their submittals. No changes on the endorsed files will be entertained by the Jury.

Additional Presentation(s) – Optional

o Maximum of 15-minute video presentation – discussion on the pertinent issues regarding the
project such as the concept, objectives, design philosophies, innovation, inspiration etc.
