The Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth
(RRCY) in Region III was established on August 1979
by virtue of PD 603 or the Child and Youth Welfare
Code. It was formerly known as Juanita L. Nepomuceno
Rehabilitation Center (JLNRC). It provides a 24 hour
care and intervention services by a multi-disciplinary
group.
The facility is designed also to provide the
children in conflict with the law (CICL) with intensive
treatment through a structured therapeutic environment
to ensure the development and fulfillment of their
potentials. It envisions to be a place where CICLs will
be prepared to live as an upright and productive
individuals once reintegrated to their family and
community.
RRCY is a regional facility located in a 5
hectare lot in Ayala, Magalang, Pampanga. It can
accommodate 60 CICLs at any given time.
CLIENTELE CATEGORY
Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) 15
years old and below 18 years of age who are ordered
by the court to undergo rehabilitation.
OBJECTIVES
To enable CICLs to undergo rehabilitation
through an intensive management skills of deviant
behaviors and anti-social attitudes in a residential
setting and for eventual reintegration to the community.
Specific Objectives:
1. Redirect behavior and attitude of CICLs in to
more productive ones.
2. Provide opportunities to acquire social and
occupational skills.
3. To enhance self image.
PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

seek to restore/develop social functioning of
