 Working alongside fellow student assistant to ensure History Department office is stocked and tidy.
 Organizing remote and in person events such as an annual Student History Conference, movie nights, and guest
lectures.
 Communicating with professors to ensure that any assistance they may need is attended to; scanning books and
documents, placing desk copy orders, organizing events, etc.
 Creating flyers, digital slides, newsletters and brochures promoting new classes as well as department events.
 Keeping record of all staff syllabi, schedules, and office hours for every changing quarter.
Student Mentor
