WCPSS Q4 Supply Distribution Information

All student supply bags will need to be prepped by grade level teams by 12:00 on April 13th. Homeroom
teachers will place elective report cards in the bags prior to 12:00pm on April 13. Please wait until 8:00am
Monday morning to print report cards. Bags should be in ABC order by student first name. Custodians will
move bags for grades 1-5 down to carpool beginning at 12:00pm on April 13.

Instructions for labeling student supply bags:

● Write the student's first name, then last name. Below the student’s name write the homeroom teacher's
name.
● Supply Bags should be alphabetized by FIRST NAME.
● Reminder: Make sure Elective Report Cards are printed and put in supply bags for pick up.

Specialists will bring their elective materials to assigned areas 2:00pm-7:00pm on April 13th. K-1 bags
won’t be accessible for elective supplies until after 3:40pm due to instruction. Specialists will place the
elective materials in/beside the homeroom bags. Any support staff without a dismissal duty should report to
carpool at 3:50pm on Tuesday to help specialists pair up their supplies with students and to verify that student
bags are in ABC order by first name.

Supply pick up times for each grade level


*Please communicate times to families on your grade level. Parents can get bags at any designated
time if they have children on multiple grade levels.

● 9am-11am: 2nd grade and 3rd grade


● 11am-1pm: 4th grade and 5th grade
● 1pm-3pm: Kindergarten and 1st grade
● 2pm-3pm: ECS1 and ECS2
● 4pm-6pm: Administration supervises pickup for all grade levels, K-5, ECS1 & ECS2

● 4th: Same side as ECS1 Room 152/Custodial closets
● 5th: ECS1 Room 152
