Best Practices

 Minimum health protocols are being followed during the distribution and retrieval of
SLK/SLMs.
 Sufficient materials (SLM, WHLPs, Formative Assessment, Activity/Answer Sheets) were
distributed among the learners.
 Teachers were able to communicate promptly and clearly to the parents/guardians the
concerns of learners through ‘Kumustahan’ during the retrieval of outputs/activity sheets of
learners.
 Due to the unavoidable reasons of parents and guardian for not having been able to go to
school during the scheduled date of distribution and retrieval, teachers are coming up with
another schedule for the retrieval of outputs.
 Teachers were able to record the date as to when the SLKs were distributed and retrieved
for tracking purposes.
 Dropbox system of collating learners’ outputs have helped the teachers to determine
immediately the learner’s subject/s with no outputs submitted.

Challenges

 There were parents/guardians who came to school beyond 12:00 NN (Lunch Time).
 Incomplete submission of outputs of learners.
 There were parents who affixed their signature even the learner’s activity sheets have no
answers.
 Some parents/guardians have work/job during the scheduled distribution and retrieval of
SLKs.
