Actual Result:
1. Limited face-to-face classes was
implemented as planned, strictly observing the
DepEd Memorandum No. 71, s. 2021 or the
Preparations for the Pilot Face-to-Face,
Expansion and Transitioning to New Normal.

Actual Result:
2. Attendance of learners, as well as the school
personnel, were monitored and reported to the
sub-office.
3. Coming in and going out of learners were
tracked using QR Code.
