SPG/SSG PPAs

SPG and SSG programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) that
involve gathering of large number of learners, such as student
leadership and psychological first aid training and other similar
activities, shall only be implemented through online platforms;

Only PPAs intended to support or increase learners mental
resilience may be conducted by SSG officers aged 15 and above
through a limited face-to-face modality, when allowed by the
DOH-IATF and in proper coordination with and guidance of the
concerned school teaching and non-teaching personnel;

SPG and SSG are highly encouraged to create offline (e.g.,
hotlines) and online channels (e.g., Viber, Facebook, Messenger,
Zoom, and Teams) to facilitate communication between SPG and
SSG officers, advisers and Youth Formators; provided the Data
Privacy Act is strictly followed.

Standards
SPG and SSG shall ensure the observance of
ethical standards and data privacy of students
during the delivery of the mandated PPAs;

duly endorsed by the school head to the PDO I/Youth Formation
Coordinator using the prescribed template; and
