For the better understanding of the study, The research defines the difinition of the
following
Economic status - means family income, parental education, level, parental, occupation
and social status community.
Effect of teenage pregnancy - mean a result brought about by premarital sex at the age
of 13 to 19 years old in relation to her educational development.
out -of -school - are youth age of 13 to 19 who are not in school and who are unemployed
underemployed or lacking basic skills.

The purpose of this section of the study is to provide a review of relevant literature that
focuses on questions related to teenage pregnancy. The introduction of this study
offered an overview of the extent of the problem, it's effects outcomes and a conceptual
framework in which it was asserted that peer pressure to begin sexual activity couple
with low self-esteem may very well be instrumental in placing some girl at risk for
pregnancy during.
The two outcomes were pregnancy rate, and aproxy for conception rate, and pregnancy
outcome. Both outcomes were measured at the level of small area and we're analyzed
for each of there age groups 13-15,16-17,and 18-19 years old were express as the ration
of observe the expected pregnancies in order to standardize for marital status.The
expected number of pregnancies was dirived by applying national rates in married and
unmarried teenager's to local married and unmarried population, then adding the
results to obtain total the expected number of pregnancies in 13-15 years old in each
erea was derived from total national rates. pregnancy outcome was expressed as the
proportion of conceptions resulting in a maternity: outcomes chassed as miscarriage
and other were excluded. This proportion was calculate separately for merried and
unmarried teenager's in each age groups. I can sidered marital status to be an
important indication of the cultural background of Young women, although in some
case conception would have preceded marriage
