Dear professor fisher,

Concerning the final project of this semester I send you this email regarding my report named
All about how to shop and prepare for the covid-19.

This report is going to be a deep explanation on how to shop in prepare in the pandemic. I will
also be showing you how to shop and what to shop for.
My goal by the end of this project is to show people what to shop for the covid-19 with and
addition on giving pointers of what to do if they are infected with the Coronavirus. My intentions
are to help people understand that this pandemic is going to be a difficult time, but we can still
go to the store, shop with living a normal life. Another goal I will accomplish is show people
activities they can do at home that is fun and enjoying.

In this report I will be following all the guidelines of the project. I will also be using this as a
user-friendly platform for everyone who is willing to use it can use it at any time they need it. I
will also put this report in chronological order so the user can use this and do it step by step
without having to work so hard on how to figure out how to use it. My goal is to make this very
practical and very easy for anyone to use because not everyone is very intelligent, so my plan is
for it to be very simple and clean for absolutely anyone to use.

1.0: Introduction: this manual will give you suggestions of what to do at home during the
pandemic and how to be prepared.

1.1: Purpose: The purpose of this manual is to help you get prepared for what you need to buy
during the covid-19 and what you can do during the pandemic.

1.2: Background: We have been presented with a challenged this year with the start of a
nationwide pandemic that can damage your immune system which is called Coronavirus. This
virus is dangerous for the reasons it can kill someone if not taken the precaution.

1.3: Scope: this manual is going to be listing what to do if the covid-19 is presented to you and
how you can be prepared such as medicine, food, activities, financially, work, etc.…
2.0: All about shopping and preparing
What you need to do to prepare for a pandemic is to have everything you need to survive the
pandemic.
2.1: checklist of supplies (food)
Do a check list of the food I want and like then I would double the amount of why I buy just so
incase the stores run out of food or shutdown.

2.2: Invest in Comcast/Wi-Fi and finish work for if you get shutdown
Invest in good reliable Wi-Fi for yourself to be entertained or to do business, If you get Comcast
you can get free movies and services with Disney + so you do not have an uneventful break
during the pandemic. Make sure you finish your homework or work things at work so you do not
have to work during the pandemic which can be uneventful.

2.3: Be in healthy physical and mental state


You should be try to state healthy during the pandemic just so you do not catch the virus. If you
catch the virus the healthier you are the less, you are likely to catch. Make sure you have
medicine at home for in case you catch the virus. Medicine listed could help if you catch the
covid-19: Ibuprofen, day and NyQuil. The Ibuprofen help for if your bones start to ache. The
night and Dayquil are for if you get cold or flu symptoms.

Taking care of yourself during the crisis is one of the most important things you can do
especially when it comes to an illness.

3.1: Learn how to manage stress


The important thing is to learn what causes you stress and how to manage it so you do not have a
nervous breakdown. Stress can be bad if you do not learn how to manage it. Meditation, yoga, or
going to relaxing places are good ways to manage stress.

3.2: Strategies to lower stress


Some strategies you can use to lower your stress especially at home is to make a schedule, such
as, 4 hours in the morning spent on work then 2 hours of break. You can always also learn to do
yoga or meditate. You can also go for a walk around the block.

3.3: Stress can have benefits


Some can say stress cannot benefit us as humans, but it can for the listed reasons. Stress can
make you more independent, more prone to not get sick. Stress can also be caused by the process
of getting a new home or new job.
4.0 All about taking care of yourself physically during this crisis.
Taking care of yourself physically during the crisis is the second most important thing you can
do during a crisis.

4.1 Set a goal during the crisis.


Some people might set goals for the crisis which can help you be more positive and more active
whereas when before the crisis happened.

4.2 how to Physically be more active.


Be active during the crisis can be helpful because during the time you can set a goal of getting in
shape. You can start running, lifting weights, Enhance your endurance.

4.3 How to eat right to be physically in shape.


Eating healthy is one of the key parts of getting in shape because you need to eat the right foods
to gain muscle such as, eggs, meat, chicken, salads, and fruit. All of these things can help you
gain muscle and be healthier. Eating right and being active can give you more energy throughout
the day.
5.0: All about hobbies to pick up during social isolation

Picking up hobbies during the social isolation can help you find your strengths and weakness

both physical and mental.

5.1: pros of hobbies

The positive side of find hobbies is that you can find a passion for something as collecting cars

or painting. They can also help you feel more relaxed and relieved after a long day at work.

Some good hobbies are mountain riding, dirt bike riding, going for a run, mountain riding. They

can help they leave the house and still get a good workout during the pandemic.

Some consequences can be too much fun which can be a big distraction for those who work from

home. They can distract you from working by thinking about the memories you had doing the

activity.
6.0: Conclusion: These are the listed events of what you can do at home with the pandemic in
place. These are also the listed key point you should follow especially to be prepared financially,
mentally, and physically. The point of this manual is to help you get prepared and to prevent
from getting the covid-19 and to get prepared to work from home. If you follow these steps
presented in this manual then you can survive the pandemic.
