2.  How do you cope with your personal difficulties 
and struggles in life?
I cope with my personal difficulties and struggle in life
by giving time for myself to take a step back and let my
soul rest. In any angle you look at, rest would always be
important. It gives us time to refresh and become more
determined to pursue our goals and resolve problems
along the way.

3. In what ways can you help those who are experiencing


stress and anxiety in this time of
the COVID-19 pandemic?
This pandemic affects us differently as individuals.
That's why I'd be able to help those who are feeling
overwhelmed (which can cause adverse effects to
one's mental health) by simply being by their side,
listening, and letting them feel that they aren't alone in
their battle.

6. How would you bring yourself to practice the


discipline of being watchful?

Accepting the fact that I could still make mistakes


that I wouldn't be mindfully aware of. I can practice
being watchful in a way of having an open mind to
corrections or criticisms. In that way, I could grow
more as a person, know myself further, and even learn
more from other people.
