Introduction

A. Attention getter - Stress is poison in both physical and emotional health, also it's affecting mental
health much worse. The most dangerous effect of stress is committing suicide this may happen mostly to
students. Do you suffer from stress too? I bet you do.

B. Intoduce controversy - We all know that when we react on how we feel is one of the emotion this
over reaction has a large effect of us, either with our physical mental or emotional. Stress is that what
we react in times of difficulties and pressure its normal to the people who encounter stress .

B. Introduce my perspective- As a students stress is attacking me in all time but I use to manage and
control to overcome it. As a matter of fact, all of us is suffering from stress even if this is minor or hard
stress.

D. Preview main points- People need to know what's the effect and how to handle having a stressful
time. Stress can lead to any disease as it can affect your body and mind by having too much stress.

II. Define the controversy

A. According to the survery of Student Stress Scale, intrapersonal sources of speech has been
determined, when student dont have a good support system they may become stressed. They may be
alone whom no one will talk dont have a family and friends that their problems may share.

B. It's absolutely normal to feel powerless when you encounter stress. But to think that there's nothing
you can do about it is absolutely not normal.

III. What's my position?

A. Stress is a matter that can be lethal when people handle it inappropriate. They can avoid things from
getting out of control by taking charge of their thoughts, emotions, lifestyle, and ways of facing certain
life situations. It's best to identify where the stress is coming from in order for you to identify a way to
defeat it. People pass the blame to other people, things or events by keeping their hands clean.

IV. Address Significant counterclaim.

A. You often think that everything boils down to deadlines.If only the tick of the clock is much slower
and if deadlines don't exist, everything would be much easier. Sometimes you blame your failures to
somebody or to a circumstance where in fact,the real problem is just the way you perceive stress.

V. Make a Request.

A. If you perceive stress in a wrong way, you won't be able to defeat it. Thats for sure. Have some daily
physical activities. Get yourself moving. There is power in perspiration that can defeat stress. As you
perform different types of physical activities, bad elements that are causing your stress are gradually
reduced. It burns away your anger, frustrations, and tension, especially at work. When you are dealing
with stress, what's your way to mend it?
