Each origin of Cagayan de Oro City, Davao City and Bukidnon are all ∆sociocultural∆ although
what distinctiveness culture do they have that makes them unique? Their origins have historical

period, Cagayan de Oro's people are called “Kagay-anon”, from the Bukidnon word “Cagayay”
that's means rake in the river. “Davaoenos” in entire Davao. But unlike both regions, Bukidnon
have seven tribe specified in the whole province, that's why they don't have specific origin
name.

Each of the three place have similarities in their story origin. In pre-colonial period, Cagayan de
Oro, Davao City and Bukidnon were all experiences violation, discrimination and maltreatment.
In year 1965, Spaniards were invading our country in which the said places were include to
dominate as years passed by. In Cagayan de Oro, before the Spaniards the place was called
“conquistadors”. Spaniards is determine to make it their own place. They wage war against the
people of Cagayan, they capture women, children and animals then bought them to their
Sultanate. Same situation happened in Davao region, their first invaders are Spaniards. They
planned to dethrone the current Datu who's leading the place. They go against the people of
Davao just to have their land. Same goes in Bukidnon, many tribes were violented by the
colonizers, even though they fight against them, at that times Spaniards are more used to wars
unlike Filipinos. 🔝All three regions were colonize by Spaniards for the same reason. They want
the spices that the country had, they want to take our country and to spread the Christianity.

🔝Each regions have their own beliefs, culture, tradition and people that makes them unique.
They have this distinctiveness traits since the pre-colonial. But what they have in common is
generally known. They suffered by the hand of our country's colonizer. They witness what dark
pre-historic is. 🔝Bukidnon and Davao City are abundant of natures gift. People in Cagayan de
Oro are known to be friendly just like what other regions are. They were colonized by the
country's invaders because all of three regions are rich in nature's gift. Their cycle of survival or
sustenance is dependent on a very primitive agriculture. 🔝∆Different from others perspective,
it's was not just these said regions have their unique culture. Mindanaoan already have old
culture before they were colonized. In the Philippines, Mindanao have a huge rate in terms of
tribes and old culture. They were preserve until this generation. Mindanao may have adopt some
of colonized behavior but they do preserve and protect their old tribes as those were their
ancestors. 🔝What they experienced in dark era affects what they are today. The huge impact
in dark colonial period still alive in Filipino history. 🔝 Their cultural traits are onenof the main
reason why Mindanaoan is culture relevant. They prevail the hostile traditions from our
ancestors. They respect and treasured it dearly. Up to this generation, Mindanaoan have the
huge capacity of tribes that are well prevaile and protected by our local government. ∆The term
"Kagay-anon," which comes from the Bukidnon word "Cagayay," which means "rake in the
river," refers to the pre-colonial inhabitants of Cagayan de Oro. The entire population of Davao
is referred to as "Davaoenos." Bukidnon, however, has seven distinct tribes that are identified
throughout the entire province, unlike the other two areas, hence they lack a unique origin
name.

 To promote our product, since we are still starting our business, mostly we campaign our
clothes in any social media there is and a billboard in the city.

Elaiza Shane Impasis - The CFO of Fashionyle Company, which she's one of the co-funders. She had
business experience at her teenage years because her mom run's a chicken selling type of business. She
studied Financial Management at Liceo de Cagayan University. She entered the business industry with
her friends that are now her co-funders of clothing company, Fashionyle, in the Philippines. One of the
main reason why she's now a business woman, aside feom to achieve her dreams, she want to help
people whose jobless. For years, she's learning based feom her experience. What she learned will
automatically made her more eager to make their business strong and firm.

She is a co-funder and serves as the company's chief financial officer. Due to her mother's chicken-
selling type of business, she acquired business experience when she was a teenager. She attended Liceo
de Cagayan University to study Financial Management. She started a clothing brand in the Philippines
called Fashionyle with the help of friends who are now also co-founders of the company. She became a
businesswoman in part because she wanted to assist jobless individuals in need in addition to pursuing
her own aspirations. She has been using her experience to learn for years. She will be more willing to
build their business up and make it powerful as a result of what she learned.
