ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT

I, ROSILA BORBORAN, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Clarin, Misamis

Occidental, hereby received the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS
(P15,000.00), from PABLO CERVANTES, TARCELA C. MONCEÑEROS,DIOSDADO
GUMAPAC, PASCUALA C. ENAO, SIXTA C. VILLAS, CRISTINO CERVANTES, CLEOFE
CERVANTES, and RENE C. TALADUA, this _____ day of April, 2021, in South
Mapang, Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte.

That this amount of P15,000.00 received shall be used as counterpart of the

abovementioned Cervantes siblings for the processing of the division of the parcel
of land covered under Transfer Certtificate of Title No. T-87459, where 10,000
square meters shall be transferred to the name of Rosila Borboran while the
remaining 20, 121 square meters, more or less shall be named under the eight
Cervantes siblings. Further, Rosila Borboran shall facilitate all the necessary
actions relevant to the processing of the transfer, while the Cerantes siblings shall
received only the clean Transfer Certificate of Title after transfer is effected.
