0 | FINAL ROUND GUIDELINES

All teams will be required to prepare the Equity Research report on the Ramco Cements
Ltd. (NSE: RAMCOCEM). The teams will have to submit their Research report in PDF
format along with their Excel model.

Your Equity Research report should cover the following sections:

 Investment Summary
 Business Description
 Industry Overview & Competitive Positioning
 Financial Analysis
 Valuation
 Investment Risks
 Corporate Governance

Details for the submission:

Submit a Research report in PDF format (up to 10 pages, excluding Cover Page and Exhibits)
along with the Excel Workings by 15th January 2021 11:59:59 PM on the D2C portal as a
ZIP file. In case of any issues, the same can be mailed to club-finance@iimnagpur.ac.in
before the deadline.

1. Please submit the Equity Research report in PDF format and Excel file clubbed into ZIP file
(Please check that the ZIP file is not corrupt before uploading) to upload on D2C portal.
2. You are required to clearly state your assumptions and sources referred, to arrive at the
analysis.
3. The evaluation shall be based on the quality of the assumptions, quality & level of detailing
in the analysis, language & the flow of the presentation.
4. No submissions post the deadline shall be evaluated.
5. Teams with plagiarised submissions will be automatically disqualified.
6. Certificates will be awarded to the top three position holders only.
7. The report should follow a minimum font size of 11 in Times New Roman, 1.0 line spacing
and 1" margins on each side.
8. The submission file name should be Team Name_College Name.
9. There must be only one submission from each team. Once submitted, your submission cannot
be revoked or resubmitted.

The final results shall be at the discretion of the Finance Club of IIM Nagpur.
