Universal Design for Learning (UDL): In this lesson all the students will have be put in the same
position to create a personal plan for what they have eaten through out the week. This allows
for the students to also express how they feel about the meals they are intaking. This also a
great way because they get to see an example but also have to think for themself when
creating. 


Lesson idea implementation: The lesson will start with the class being informed about what they
will be doing. They will get instructions for a short amount of time 5 mins or less. The students are
going to see the creation on Soturi from the teacher and create one doing the same thing but make
their own in their own way. The student are supposed to write down what they have already eaten
and not what they want to eat so they can keep track of what they have actually eaten throughout
the week. They are to write down if it was good or not and compare them to the other meals when
doing so.
On the same Soturi they are to write about why they ate this and if they enjoyed it or not.They
will have this as an assignment for more than 3 days. Once the class is done they are to send these
to the teacher and not share them. These are being made for the students personal help only. The
lesson will conclude with the the class talking about ways to get better with your diet in many
different ways than just taste.

Reflective Practice: This lesson will impact student learning in a great way by giving them a
great way to record their data and be able to come back to see it in the future. To further
extend the lesson I could get them to create another Sutori to try and they can at the end of
the lesson talk about the real examples of how they get better. Another thing they could do is
create a Sutori for what they want to eat and create another Sutori to see what they actually
eat and compare. Yes there are many other tools to use for this.
