I have heard that there are some open positions at the Willows and I am very interested in being
considered for the job. I believe that I would be the best candidate for this position because I
had taken care of my grandmother who suffers from dementia for about 2 years before she
moved into the Willows where she now lives today.

I am interested in this position because I want to be able to help the residents that live there to
feel loved and cared for. This job really hits home for me because I’ve taken care of someone
with dementia before and I feel like I really have the patients and compassion for the residents
through my experience. I also already know some of the residents and most of the staff in the
memory care unit because I often visit to see my grandmother.
