Unethical practices

Abuse behavior:
In regular working environment the abusive behavior in between collogues is a major
ethical issue for the organization.
Employee theft:
Organization in nature is a manufacturing unit, so there have been seen that people have
the habit of stealing the articles.
Lying to employee:
In terms of services and payments this habit have been seen in the upper management
that they often lie to lower employees to either gain time or to just pass the current
situation.
Unfair competition:
Mistreating employees:
This is also an interdepartmental problem and when one department people do not
properly deal the people of another department.
Although this problem is easily catered by organizations on such level but even then, this
is a significant issue which remains a problem for organization’s reputation.
Employees often do not focus on many policies of company due to various reason among
them on is due to their designation or post they are in the company or due to their
potential or sometime due to their experience etc.
When the burden to order is there and not much labor force available then this is the
major issue reported by the lower employees that is blamed on the upper management.
