PROCEDURE FOR (UPDA/MMUP CERTIFICATION)

Step 1:

Documents attested from own country (University > HEC > MOFA)

1. University Degree
2. Transcript
3. Bonafide letter (from University)
4. Experience Certificates (by Company and MOFA)

Step 2:

Sign up for Hukoomi account through this link, as you will need it later for signing in
MMUP (Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning) website.

Step 3:

Sign in into MME Website (http://www.mme.gov.qa/) and login by the details of Hukoomi
account user name and password. Go to
(http://www.mme.gov.qa/cui/view.dox?id=1199&siteID=1) .

Now click on third option and enter your detail. Here you will get one Arabic letter. Get
its three prints.

Step 4: PCC Apply Process

Prepare following Documents to get PCC from own country (embassy) and then from
Qatar CID.

1. Arabic Letter (from step 3)


2. QID copy (Own and two witnesses)
3. NICOP copy (Own and two witnesses)
4. Passport copy (Own and two witnesses)
5. Two Pictures (Own)
6. Application form (Attached in the end of Document)

Embassy will issue own country PCC.

Step 5:

Along with PCC process, attest your following documents from embassy on the same
day to avoid delay in process.

1. University Degree
2. Transcript
3. Bonafide letter
4. Experience Certificates

Step 6:

Go to MOFA Qatar and attest following documents there

5. PCC (from step 4)


6. University Degree (Attested in step 5)
7. Transcript (Attested in step 5)
8. Bonafide letter (Attested in step 5)
9. Experience Certificates (Attested in step 5)

Step 7:

Download Metrash2 app on mobile and upload

1. Arabic Letter (from step 3)


2. PCC (MOFA attested in step 6)

Once application status is Approved, go to CID office Arrayan, and collect certificate.

Step 8:

Scan all Documents along with experience certificates

1. University Degree (Back and front)


2. Transcript (Back and front)
3. Bonafide letter (Back and front)
4. Experience Certificates (Back and front)
5. PCC Qatar
6. QID (Back and front)
7. Passport (Back and front)

Step 9:

Upload all Documents mentioned in step 8 along with CV on MME website.

Step 10:

Download and print the form, which you will get once you fill and submit your online
application.

Step 11:

MME will text you to submit the original documents (which you submitted online).Go to
MME office and submit.

Step 12:

Now, you are waiting for your exam date.
