ASSESSMENT: CASE STUDY NO. 6

After reading this case study the problem is there Human Resource
Management the team has a poor teamwork, teams with poor communication skills
often operate from various knowledge points and never completely sure of which other
teammates perform so it can cause a conflict to other members for example in this case
study because of their poor communication Ashley blame all IT departments the fact
that they must work as a team to resolve this problem. Planning human resource
management it helps to identity roles and responsibilities of the members in F-44 radar
upgrade project which it could help to avoid conflicts. Acquiring the project team
choosing the best personnel to accomplish project work in F-44 radar upgrade project.
Developing project team is a vital execution whose primary aim is team bonding in
association with enhancing its efficiency, which like many execution processes in the
project will be conducted. Managing the project team to resolve the problem in F-44
radar upgrade project there must conduct a training to the other members on the team
how to use the information system in there organization. Having a good Human
Resource Management helps close the gap between the work performance and the
strategic goals of the company. The key to have a good Human Resource Management
the team can include recruitment, training, success evaluations, encouragement and
good coordination with each other.
