Introduction:
In this Project, for the sake of choosing an event, the National Conference in college will be
analyzed following the process of CPM. Our company “EVENT MANAGEMENT” took the
responsibilities of this event. The Event date was fixed by our honorable customer .4th may for
Conference day. This event was held on Dhaka College. The objective of this project Network
Precedence diagram, Possible Paths, Expected Project duration, Slack Time and Gantt Chart will
be implemented based on the assuming sets of data.
